Nutrition and Holistic Healthcare for Your Pets

Thursday, March 20th, 7-9 p.m. at SPCA Tampa Bay

With recent concerns over poor pet quality food, holistic care has become popular preference among pet owners. As a part of their Pet Care Seminar Series the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Tampa Bay presents Nutrition and Holistic Pet Care seminar to educate humans on holistic habits for their companion animals on March 13th 7-9pm at the animal shelter in Largo.

Seminar presenter, Dr. Gregory Todd, DVM, has been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 10 years. In 1996 he became certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and practices holistic veterinary medicine at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin.

During this free seminar, attendees can learn about preventative health care, the importance of exercise, the best food for their pets and some non-traditional therapies, such as acupuncture. It is important for pet owners to consult their veterinarian before making any radical changes in your pet’s routine or diet.

The SPCA Tampa Bay’s free seminar, Nutrition and Holistic Medicine for Animals will be held on Thursday, March 20th, 7-9 p.m. at SPCA’s Humane Education Training Center, 9099 130th Ave. North, Largo. For more information or to RSVP call 727-586-3591 or www.SPCATampaBay.org. RSVP required to attend.

The seminar is for pet owners, pets are not permitted.

Happy Birthday
