Do you criticize people in front of others?

Even though it may be justified, if you criticize your spouse,
children, or employees, in the presence of other people, you're
crushing them mentally and emotionally. For just a second, recall
how it felt that time when you were called on the carpet by your
boss in front of your colleagues... it's demeaning and degrading.
But remember how it felt when your spouse, friend or supervisor
praised you in front of a group of people. So, praise publicly...
correct privately.
