Editorial Guidelines

Editorial Guidelines for Families On The Go Magazine:

Editorial submission by e-mail. Query letters accepted. Unsolicited manuscripts accepted. There will be a reply only if editor is interested. Editor will request regionally exclusive rights.

Submit all articles via e-mail (MS Word) to editor@familiesonthego.org

350-750 word maximum length. Should be general in nature, information that benefits families local to the Tampa Bay area, statewide or national appeal.

Include one side bar containing additional resource references, local organizations or phone #’s etc., or a section that offers 5 or 10 “tips.”

Any photos must include model release form.

Subjects should be in area of health and wellness, parenting, education, family relationships, home, garden health, arts, or travel and entertainment.

Articles may be used in one, several or all of Families on-the-go Magazines publications, on-line at www.familiesonthego.org
