About the Pinellas County Magazine Cover

On our Pinellas cover are Jeffrey and Zachary Smith. Last year their mom, Lennice sent in the picture below for our Cover Contest.

Jeffrey and Zachary attend Perkins Elementary Center for the Arts and International Studies.

Jeffery's favorite subject is writing and he loves dance (jazz and tap). His absolute favorite sport is football. He plays quarterback in little league.

Zachary's favorite subject is Math. He plays the Xylophone, Bells and the Drums. His favorite sport is baseball.

Dad, Jeff accompanied the boys to our photo shoot at The Florida Aquarium in Tampa. We thank Bruce Wooster from Northeast Photography for taking the cover picture.

About the Hillsborough County Magazine Cover

On our Hillsborough cover are Robby, Carson and Carly Knox. Mom, Kerri sent in the picture below of her family getting ready for a Buc’s game.

Thirteen-year-old Robby is a principal's honor roll student at Tomlin Middle School. He plays travel and recreation basketball and is an active member of the First Baptist Church youth group. , Robby plays flag football with his brother Carson.

Twins, Carson and Carly are ten years old. Carson enjoys playing Plant City recreation basketball and was named most valuable swimmer on the Walden Lake Swim Team. Carly, plays competitive soccer for the Plant City Lancers and swims on the swim team. Carly is the reigning "Little Miss Plant City" and participates in many community service events throughout the year. She and her court assist the PC Junior Woman's Club in raising money to buy shoes for needy children in the area. Carson and Carly also sing in the children's choir at First Baptist.

Dad, Ben is an investment advisor with SunTrust bank in Tampa and St. Petersburg. He coaches the boys' basketball teams and is an "all around great dad".

Mom, Kerri has been a teacher in the Hillsborough County School District for 16 years. She is currently tutoring at schools in Plant City and volunteers at her children’s elementary and middle schools. Kerri said “In our spare time, we enjoy spending time at Indian Rocks Beach, going to Buccaneer games, and hanging out with our friends and family. We are thankful to God for giving us happiness and health. We are truly proud to be a FAMILY ON-THE-GO!”
